# Checkout the yummy and healthy recipe of Baby Uttapam:
• Rice,soaked 2 cups
• Black gram split (urad dal dhuli) 1 cup
• Salt to taste
• Oil to cook
• Onion 1 medium
• Green capsicum 1 medium
• Tomato 1 medium
• Mozzarella cheese,grated 1 cup
Drain and grind urad till fine and fluffy. Transfer into a bowl. Drain and grind rice till smooth. And transfer it into the same bowl and mix the two batters well. Set aside in a warm place to ferment overnight.
Add salt and whisk well.Heat a non stick dosa tawa and spread small amounts of batter into small uttapams keeping a little distance between each.
Slice onion and sprinkle a little on each uttapam. Slice green capsicum and sprinkle a little on each uttapam. Slice tomato and sprinkle a little on each uttapam. Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese on each.
Drizzle a little oil around each, cover and cook on medium heat till they get cooked and the cheese melts. Serve hot.
