#MeToo: Producer Vinta Nanda hints her sexual assault against Sanskari Alok Nath; CINTAA comes to her rescue

The #MeToo movement has created a good buzz in the Indian media since actor Tanushree Dutta came forward and spoke about the molestation that she faced during the shooting of Horn Ok Pleaseee from popular actor Nana Patekar. Post which, many Indian girls came forward and spoke about the assaults that they are/were facing. Recently even Kangana spoke against director Vikas Bahl on molestation and sexual assault. Now, a veteran producer Vinta Nanda has come forward to raise her voice against the sexual abuse that she faced back then, during the time of her popular hit show Tara, starring Alok Nath.

Vinta opened up in a Facebook post and without taking a direct name hinted towards the Sanskari Alok Nath on sexually assaulting her. She has well described the assailant and there is no denying that it’s Alok Nath.

After reading the open assault note actor and General Secretary of CINTAASushant Singh has come forward to extend help from the organization to the producer. CINTAA has sent a show-cause notice to Alok Nath, while Sushant has insisted Vinta to lodge an official complaint so that proper steps can be taken against the assailant.
