Ram Charan to shoot in Kashmir for Telugu remake of Thani Oruvan

The makers of Ram Charan-starrer yet-untitled Telugu remake of Tamil blockbuster Thani Oruvan, which is being directed by Surender Reddy, will commence the next schedule in Kashmir next month.

“The team will shoot some important scenes and a song in Kashmir from May 11. This schedule will last for two weeks. Ram Charan will finally join the sets for the first time,” a source from the film’s unit told IANS.

The song will feature Ram Charan and Rakul Preet Singh. Rakul Preet Singh and Ram Charan are joining hands for the second time in this film. They were seen together in 2015 film Bruce Lee The Fighter.

Also starring Arvind Swami as the suave baddie, the Telugu remake is about the battle of wits between a police officer and a conniving entrepreneur.

Tamil version of the film was well-received by the audience, and it redefined the image of Mohan Raja in Tamil film industry.
