Rubina Dilaik  threads the message of deforestation in her COLORS’ Children’s Day act

Deforestation is a big problem around the world and the responsibility lies upon all of us to save our planet from the looming disaster. Giving out a shout out to the little ones to come forward and take a pledge to protect our nature, Saumya aka Rubina Dilaik of Shakti… Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki gave a tearjerking performance at the COLORS’ Children’s Day Special event.

While the show will have lots of fun and performances in-store by Arjun Bijlani, Surbhi Chandana, Jasmine Bhasin,Tejaswini Prakash, and many others, Rubina’s performance to ‘Bezubaan Kab Se’ along with Neerja Tiwari and Dipali Borkar, will be an eye-opener for everyone. Dedicated to the disastrous situation that the entire world is going through as a result of climate change, Rubina and the kids will depict the repercussions of deforestation and its impact on our nature.

Speaking about her performance, Rubina said, “ It’s shocking to see how people do not understand the catastrophic effects deforestation can have on our ecosystem and I want to communicate it through my act at this very special Children’s Day event. It’s important for us to teach the young generation to value our green cover and to make sure it’s preserved for their future and I am glad that could contribute towards it in a small way.”

Apart from this, the COLORS’ Children’s Day Special will be packed with all things entertainment and lots of fun. Kids Garvit and Kavya decide to teach their on-screen parents Harsh and Bharti a lesson for not pampering them on Children’s Day and take up the responsibility to organize a party for all their friends. To add to the fun, Sanaya Irani and Gurmeet Chaudhry will give a glimpse of their new song ‘Intezaaar’ along with being a part of some fun tasks. A major surprise will be in store for everyone’s favorite Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey will take over the stage and join the bacha party to further the celebrations.
