Although we thought that we quickly grab a meals but without caring about the calories or the nutrional content, and this cause harm to our body. The lunch hours of the day when are metabolism is at peak, we might look for the first long break of the day and might huddle yourself in ont of television or your desk at office cafeteria, but we should remember that our lunch helps to recover from the first half of our day and recharge you for what about to come. Very important that we should ideal balance of our body protein, fiber, sugar and fat – basically all things good.

Add the oil, mustard seeds, cumin, cloves, garam masala and turmeric to a pan over medium high heat. Turn down the heat to medium low, then add the garlic, ginger, onions and salt. Fry, stirring regularly until the onions are caramelized.
