Vishal Thinks Movie Is A Better Option
Actor Vishal Karwal who is seen in reality shows like “MTV Roadies Season Four”, “Splitsvilla” and “Bigg Boss Season 6” thinks that, big screen actors are more acclaimed and recognised as compared to television stars.
He is currently playing the role of Rajveer in the serial “Jamai Raja” on Zee TV. He has been eagerly waiting for the release of his debut film “1920 London” which is made by Vikram Bhatt. The 28 year old believes that TV roles are not much remembered by people as they get sidelined by 70mm stars.
Vishal told, “There is a big difference between TV shows and films. In TV, actors end up playing one character for a very long time, which I think can dissatisfy them. As an actor you wish to play different characters. I think TV has that negative impact”.
He further added, “How much TV you do, as you go off air no one is going to remember you for what you have done. But in films, if you do 5 films, those five roles are going to be remembered forever”.
Vishal has done many daily’s before like “Dwarkadheesh – Bhagwaan Shree Krishna” in which he played the role of Lord Krishna, “Bhagyavidhata”, “Rishton Se Badi…Pratha” highlighted the social events based on real incidents, recently he was seen in Colors show “Rang Rasiya” playing a negative character. He made a guest appearance in the comedy show ”Nautanki – The Comedy Theatre for one episode”.
He made his debut in the film industry with the Punjabi film “Aappan Pher Milange” which was released in May 2012. He was cast opposite Gracy Singh in this movie. However this film didn’t gain much at the box office.
